BESS containers require by code & certification (like UL9540 & NFPA855) the detection of flammable gases.
For this application we've developed the world's first calibration free flammable gas sensor. It is ETL listed to UL2075 and detects flammable gases in BESS from 0-100% LEL.

BESS application
With Prevent-iON you can equip your data center & industrial environments to potentially detect off-gas events from li-ion rack based batteries.
The sensors shown here are our DAISY-GAS-VOC sensors connected to our BASE-PI-5-24v base unit. To that same unit we also have connected our R-GAS-FLAMMABLE sensor, this can in turn be connected to a vent and/or fire panel.

The sensors shown here are monitoring the environment in which the IT equipment operates.
This setup consists of a BASE-5 powered over PoE with an EXP-8HUB expanding the number of sensor ports from 2 to 8.
The first shown sensor is our noise level sensor enabling AI Data Centers to meet OSHA requirements as their data centers get louder with the increased load of equipment.
Also featured in this live demo are airflow, air pressure, water ingress, dust and temperature + humidity sensors.
ServersCheck sensors
Our daisy chained temperature & humidity sensors are designed to monitor the hot and cold aisles in a data center's white space.
In this demo setup we have 5 daisy chained sensors with a 100m/300ft cable running between daisy chain sensor 1 and 2. In between them you can see the daisy booster. This unique - patent pending - device enables to run daisy chain connections over long distances.

NFPA 70B requires the condition monitoring of critical power equipment. With our sensors we enabled the continuous
environment monitoring of such infrastructure.
The setup in this live demo consists of our BASE-SM-6 powered over PoE with an EXP-8HUB expanding the number of sensor ports from 2 to 8.
The first shown sensor is our real-time atmospheric corrosion sensor measuring it for both copper and silver.
Next you will find our temperature+humidity sensor, then our particle sensor and finally our SF6 gas leak sensor.
